Shanghai Bin'ao Precision Mould Co., Ltd. was founded in April 2003. We are professional in mold design, mold manufacture, injection molding and integrated assembly. We have facility in both Shanghai & Nantong with total 500 employees.
Currently, We have several advanced CNC,EDM, 3D measurement instrument, 60T~2000T clamping force injection machine( including several 2K injection machine), which set a good foundation for the rapid development of our company. We adopt CAD/CAM/CAE work system in the mold developing and manufacturing, and set up the inside and outside network system to realize the product's virtual and development.In order to ensure the part quality, we based on the principle of “quality first”,in strict accordance with ISO/TS16949, which provide a powerful guarantee for the product design, quality and production technology.
By cooperated with different customers' different cases, our molds have useddifferent hot runner system, which helped us get rich experience on designing and manufacturing of DME, HUSKY specification molds. We keep on learning&creating, and update the solutions by cooperate with these customers, and we continue to provide our domestic and foreign customers with high quality molds and different plastic parts.
Our main products are for automotive,industrial and medical parts, such as the plastic parts of auto sunroof and mechanical structure parts, auto side window,auto door lock, auto gear, auto interior parts(such as the airbag cover,interior mirror, audio equipment,etc.), the appearance parts of household sewing machines,transducer, cleaning machine, monitors, ECG instruments, etc.
