Shanghai Bin'ao Precision Mould Co., Ltd. was founded in April 2003. We are professional in mold design, mold manufacture, injection molding and integrated assembly. We have facility in both Shanghai & Nantong with total 500 employees. Currently, We have several advanced CNC,EDM, 3D measurement instrument, 60T~2000T clamping force injection machine( including several 2K injection machine), which set a good foundation for the rapid development of our company. We adopt CAD/CAM/CAE work system in the mold developing and manufacturing, and set up the inside and outside network system to realize the product's virtual and development.In order to ensure the part quality, we based on the principle of “quality first”,in strict accordance with ISO/TS16949, which provide a powerful guarantee for the product design, quality and production technology.
